Welcome to Turmeric Twist! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use our website, place an order online, or book a table with us. By using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to place orders, make payments, or book tables via our website.

Accuracy of Information – We do our best to ensure that all menu items, images, and prices displayed on our site are correct. However, menus may change, and prices are subject to updates.

Prohibited Use – You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack, or disrupt its normal operation.

Making a Booking – You can book a table online, by phone, or in person.

Deposits & Large Parties – For groups of 5 or more, we may ask for a deposit or prepayment to confirm your booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows – Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals – If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may release your table to other guests.

Acceptance of Orders – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if items are unavailable or if we cannot deliver to your address).

Delivery Times – We aim to deliver promptly but cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Accuracy – If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 1 hour so we can put things right.

Authenticity & Spice Levels – Our dishes are prepared in the traditional Indian and Sri Lankan style, and some may be naturally spicy. Please let us know if you prefer mild, medium, or hot when ordering.

Allergens – Some dishes may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, or other allergens. Please inform our staff of any dietary needs before ordering. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from trace allergens.

Pricing – All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment Methods – We accept major credit and debit cards, online payments, and cash on collection (where available).

Service Charges – A discretionary service charge of [X%] may be added for large groups dining in.

Redemption – Gift vouchers purchased through our site can only be used for food and drink at Turmeric Twist.

Expiry – Vouchers are valid until the date stated at purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Respect for Others – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner.

Children & Pets – Children must be supervised at all times. Service animals are welcome; pets may be allowed at management’s discretion.

Personal Belongings – We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items while on our premises.
